Welcome !
The Jerome Police Department provides
service to the historical Town of Jerome, Arizona. Once home to over 15,000
people, today Jerome has a population of about 450 people.

Chief Muma receives the Medal of Valor
for his involvement in the rescue of a driver involved in a single vehicle
accident where a Toyota sport utility plummeted off the side of Mingus Mountain
in April of 2004.
While our resident population is
relatively low, our tourist population exceeds 1.2 million visitors on an
annual basis! We stay as busy today as we did during our peak (well,
almost).
Check back as we are just starting to
build this new site!!
